My New Home

Today is the day that I move into my new house. After fifteen years, I’m no longer renting and I’m finally going to live in a home that’s my own. I can’t even begin to explain how good the feeling is. Owning a home is my dream come true. Everything I’ve worked so hard for has finally paid off. All the years of overtime. All of the years I spent crying, doing my best to make ends meet, trying to save money. It all led to this moment. The moment that I walk through the front door of my home and live there for the rest of my life. I have goosebumps just thinking about it.

Once I’m settled into my forever home, can someone please remind me to call the buyer’s advocate who is an expert in Kew homes to say thank you? I need to thank them for helping me achieve my ultimate goal and thank them for doing everything they could to help me achieve it. Sorry, I don’t know if that sentence actually made sense. I’m just really emotional about this whole thing and I can’t believe I’ve finally done it.

As I said in my last blog post, I really hope that everyone following along on my blog post series decides to work with a buyer’s advocate when they’re looking for the right home for their needs. Buyer’s advocates seriously do such a good job. They’re better than anyone else working in the real estate industry – I promise you. I’ve been in contact with a buyer’s advocate operating in Brighton East for over fifteen years now. I was a doe-eyed twenty-five year old when I first stepped into their office. From the moment I walked in they helped and guided me through the property journey. I’m about to move into the suburb of my dreams because of the buyer’s advocate. I am so happy.
